In some instances, clients who have been ordered removed by the Immigration Judge may have grounds to reopen his or her immigration proceedings or appeal an the judge's decision. Attorney Dodge has had experience in both the reopening of cases at the immigration court level as well as appeals from the Immigration Judge's decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Circuit Courts.
